My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as it had many options and variety. Staff were really friendly and helped me order a taxi to my next destination. Would definitely stay there again. "

The Spa was amazing and refreshing after each day of exploring. What pure enjoyment and great experience we had. Several shops/eats close by. There is also a cool amusement park close by down the street oh and also a shopping mall. "

Public onsen was beautiful and could be accessed privately late at night or during day (late morning/ early afternoon) and private onsen can be booked at reveption for 45 mins for 3300 yen. You are provided with slippers and a yukata for your stay as long as the usual amenities in your room. The breakfast, tea with cakes, and drinks reception with snacks daily was a lovely touch.
