"Well managed, clean and with good basic facilities. Library in the lobby is a nice, and unusual, thing to have. Would be nice to have a bin for recyclables, not just a waste bin. Overall, though, a very good place to stay."

"Toyoko Inn is conveniently located close to Kagoshimachuo Station - a major transportation and business center, therefore close to shopping and restaurants. The large Toyoko Inn sign on a building is a little misleading, as the Inn itself is next door, closer to the station. The only downside to some is that the facility is a little dated but very functional. "

"Room is good size. Located next to busy area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Around the corner from the airport limousine and tram line. Great staff. "

"Nice and decent hotel. Breakfast was good enough. 5 min walk from Shinkansen station. Few eateries within the vicinity. There is also a big AEON mall nearby and a discount store on 3rd or 4th floor."

"Washing machine is dirty, bedroom slippers are quite small for my hubby & air purifier is mouldy and dusty, TV has 3-4 channels only. Sofa is too close to the TV. Air con is located quite far from the beds. "
