"Allison was the sweetest! There was a line of 5 separate parties waiting to check in and she remained friendly, bubbly, informative and efficient. She was so much appreciated. She does a wonderful job representing the hotel property. I went down later to get drinks and she was still just a pleasant, polite and friendly! The rest of the stay was great. Clean rooms and the entire property was well kept up. Will stay again!"

"This time it is an excellent year and also a place we can stay with our grandchildren with the indoor pool. The breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is more expensive than what I can afford to spend but the convenience of the hotel being connected to the best health care facility in this part of the USA makes it worth the expense. I had a procedure that required me to be overnight close to the hospital. Both the staff at the hospital and hotel offered great service to me and my family."

"Overall, the stay was good, but I called the front desk for an item I needed and was told they would have it there, and when I went down to the lobby, they said that they couldn't locate any of them. I said that I would call down in 5 minutes to see if they found one, and was told to call in 10-15 minutes instead. I had a course to go to that morning, and needed to leave, so I never did get it. It wasn't busy in the lobby since it was early, so I was disappointed."
