"The hotel is very well located nearby the famous tram lines of San Francisco. The decor is a bit dated just like the whole hospitality experience but I didn't mind that. The elevator is really cute. The only thing that really bothered me was the lingering smell of vommit in the building. At least the room didn't have that. "

"We really liked the hotel. It was convenient, comfortable and had a very nice staff. There's a great diner on site. The hotel is very safe. There's lots of security, but not a lot of parking at the hotel itself... it's first come, first served. If you get an assigned parking place, you do have in/out privileges. If you don't get parking at the hotel, there's a good parking structure close by. However, as a woman, I would not have felt safe walking in the area alone. I was fine with my husband...

"I love this hotel, I always come to visit my girlfriend since we are long distance and the rooms are always spotless, always have a pleasant and clean smell and the staff is always accommodating to your needs. If you just take the time to explain your situation they can go above and beyond and be very understanding to your situation. I love this hotel and will never stay anywhere else.
