"We booked this hotel due to its proximety to Crewe Train Station for a weekend break visiting friends in Manchester. The room was clean and tidy however the bed was a little uncomfortable, mattress hard and only 1 pillow provided per person with a second provided by reception upon request. We found the room temperature to be too warm even with the window open and radiator off and could hear other guests talking and smoking in the car park until the bar closed. "Superb stay from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and met expectations. Staff were friendly and chatty. I ordered sandwiches for lunch to take away and whilst it was ok, the container the sandwiches were put into didn’t keep it fresh and the bread was stale by the time it was ate. I’d be happy to stay again. "

"Stayed for 4 nights while working in the area. Everything about the hotel was really good. Friendly and pleasant staff. Great food especially the Indian menu. Stayed in one of the Garden rooms which was very spacious and comfortable. "

"The location was good, free parking but unfortunately, it was full on the day, so had to park at a near by long stay. The staff were nice and friendly as always. The room needed a little bit of an update and maintenance for the price (£100 a night) "

"Booked two nights on a whim , we both loved it the room was perfect they even made sure we had same room both nights . Food was fantastic as well great service dog friendly which was so good to see . We ran over into late check out and was late for breakfast the staff wasn't fazed at all 10/10 stay definitely recommend "
