"Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. "Friendly hotel but rather sloppy room service with cleaner leaving her own drinnk in our room for two days before I had to ask for it to be removed. Unwilling to accomodate breakfast earlier than 8am on Saturday but found that this could be done when another (and clearly more important )guest asked. Reasonable kitchen but rather overpriced. Everything was extra including bottled water in room but no tea/coffee making facilties"

"Hotel is nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel has no Air conditioning, but lucky for me, it spring time when I checked in. I will skip this hotel during summer months. Also, avoid room 202- I think it's the only room with a window that opens widely. The rest of the hotel rooms has upper window part that tilts about 5 inches outward allowing air to get in- not intruder."
