"Beautiful old building, lovely interior straight out of an adventure novel. Good breakfast, pub for tea 10 minutes walk away. Only snag was the room felt hot for a northener, good job the window and skylight opened easily, a really good break had by all."

"What a gem of a place! Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast with lots of choice of buffet items as well as cooked to order dishes. Stunning bedroom and en suite. Everything beautifully clean and thoughtfully presented. Loved the bespoke biscuits featuring an impression of the Full Moon Inn, packed in a brown paper bag closed with a tiny wooden peg.
