"We stayed as a group travelling to and from Glastonbury. We were very well looked after and the staff are extremely friendly. Our only complaint was the noise on Friday night but that was out of their hands!"

"Room 4! Wow that floor has some slope on it. Room was lovely and clean. Sad shower though. Couldn’t stop the water leaking under the screen. Had to use a large towel on the floor to stop the water running out the door. Great breakfast. Sadly the coffee still not working since our stay weeks ago."

"A friend and I went to Frome for a wedding, and staying at the Archangel was perfect. It was close to the wedding, shopping and Frome itself was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the venue had a wonderful series of quiet rooms, eating areas and our room was wonderful. The steel and brass fittings and stone work were beautiful. My one piece of feedback would be for our room; it had narrow steps up to the room which I think would not work for anyone who had disabilities. If the room does...

"This is a lovely old pub in a nice location. We only stayed one night but the food was very good, the staff friendly and everything was very clean. There were also nice touches with complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water and cola all provided in the room. The bathroom was also very nice with really nice shampoo, shower gel etc provided. The only negative bit for us was the noise in our room (number 2). It did feel as if we were actually in the bar though in fairness it was quiet...
