"The property was beautiful and the hot springs were a delight. The personal spa was a nice surprise but it was a bit dirty. We had a difficult time finding transportation to the Hobbiton since we had no car. "

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."
