"A really good experience. The hotel is due to be refurbished and so is a little old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly at Reception. The views from the restaurant and terrace are amazing. Would certainly go back. "

"Nice stay overnight to go to a concert. Hotel is perfectly situated for the station across the road and for Exeter city centre. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy. Only issue we had was finding the car park which has a few spaces so call the hotel when you’re close. We ended up parking at the other Mercure hotel and walking over. I think it cost us £15 for the night. Good hotel, nice stay."

"The apartment itself was well equiped, clean and comfortable though needed updating. It was quite noisy with the sound of both the M5 motorway and railway line closeby with frequent trains passing every few minutes. I would stay again but would much prefer to be allocated an apartment on the other side of the building which would be a lot quieter. I wasn't that impressed with the leisure facilities as I was lead to believe they had recently been refurbished but the sauna area looked very tired...

"Great hotel in a good location, AC nice and cold in warm weather and a comfy bed and room. Dinner next door was good as well as breakfast which was fresh and hot! Strongly recommend this hotel Only negative was getting out which was on a busy roundabout which needed timing and a quick right foot!!"
