"From when I arrived, the friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff was apparent, they could not do more for me, it was just fantastic, then when I went up to the room, the room was also so beautiful presented. Bathroom is modern, rainwater showerhead was great, the balcony was well used and appreciated, and the king size bed was luxurious. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful, I had a great time."

"The wifi was awful, connection kept dropping out and more often than not i had to connect to the free Telstra. I had to wash all the cups and dishes as they were greasy. Otherwise it was great. The view was amazing! The Esplanade and night markets were right outside. Loads of bars and restaurants just seconds away. We watched loads of birds flying past our balcony."

"Breakfast and dinner in the evening were excellent - the best i have had. Staff were extremely helpful and Marco went out of his way to book tours for us while we had a swim - even delivered the paperwork to the door of our apartment. "

"Excellent location, practical apartments, nice pool and easy parking which you can reserve but most of all Margaret and her family are easy to deal with and thoughtfully kind. Two suggestions though, the beds are smallish and bouncy so when next they are updated try to get the ones which have minimal partner disturbance, and it would be good and easy to improve the frying pan quality and size. We will return, thanks."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time. Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Pool was good and was easily accessible from the room. Thank you for our stay. "

"Pros: large unit with outdoor area. 2 TVs. All the necessary for cooking. Pool area is relaxing and beautiful. Lots of space to park. Staff is super friendly and helpful and their pets are the best! Easy walk to Lagoon area and minutes away from the Esplanade. Super quiet - didn’t hear any noise from outside, hallway, or other units. Cons: Dated unit. AC wasn’t the best, so the room smelled damp. Staff office hours are hit or miss."
