Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. "The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Was put in what felt like the highest room in the tower, decor was a little dated, but very comfortable with a large bathroom. Food available was a highlight, very reasonably priced for good quality, with a nice breakfast included. Would happily stay again if I'm ever back in the area."

"We were very impressed with our short stay here as we required somewhere to sleep after a wedding that was nearby. We booked 2 rooms for our family and both were very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and thought we’d missed the breakfast after getting up late but were able to still get brunch! "

"Stayed 1night for a business trip, have stayed several times so knew what to expect..opted for a deluxe room but didnt see any difference from a standard room..the room was very small but perfectly formed, had an excellent nights sleep. Lady on reception at check in was lovely despite being very busy, and helped me out with no fuss when i locked myself out of my room. Will stay again next time im in Newbury. "
