"Stayed for a week and it was absolutely spectacular! Just beautiful to stay in, so peaceful and quiet, and with stunning Mt. Roland views just about anywhere. We saw the echidnas, possum, platypus, and all the farm animals. Then there were glow worms and the spiders in the cave - an amazing experience. This is an excellent place to stay for anybody enjoying the countryside. We will return. John was a very welcoming, friendly host!"

"Although the property is older we were happy to discover the bathroom was brand new and the property was clean and well appointed with everything you would need eg cooking equipment, wine glasses etc. Being in amongst the forest and the trees and seeing the local wildlife was really lovely. "This is an old place so do not expect modern facilities. Having said that, it is a really great place to stay! Our hosts, Teresa and Randall, went out of their way to make our stay just wonderful. The breakfast was cooked to order (not left on a heated stand!). Our room was well heated and the bed comfortable. "Our Minnow Cabin was an eclectic and beautiful space. The wood work in the cabin is lovingly created and maintained. The whole cabin was very clean. With a full kitchen and very comfortable armchairs, it was a great place. The bathroom is tiny but the water is strong and hot. Its up some beautiful stone steps, definitely need the light at night. Also be aware there is NO signal for phone or laptop - if you need maps, make sure you save them offline or print them before going. We loved it...
