"The rooms are very well kept and clean. There are microwave oven and fridge in the room. I had a great stay."

"The two most important things were that the bed was excellent and we were able to find a room in Mt. Shasta that didn't previously have pets in it. I had to call five hotels just to find a pet free room. The shower was less than stellar and I didn't use it. The front desk closes at 8:00 so we never saw a live person coming or leaving. "

"The refurbished building has been well updated. The room was very comfortable and all systems were updated and working well. It was quiet (mostly) with the exception of the trains, which thankfully did not run that frequently. All in all a very nice facility. It is essentially a contactless facility with electronic entry etc. I would stay here again. Dunsmuir is a very agreeable town."

"We stay here when we meet my parents to go swimming and fishing on the river. The breakfast is always so yummy! They have an ice machine and everything g else a hotel would have (no tv in rooms). Great location great staff. "

"Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. "
