"Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"

"It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. "Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. The wall colours were so depressingly decorated with a single red panel meant to brighten up the rooms. Breakfast was minimal ( compared for example with IBIS in Calais). The shop bought...

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"
