"The staff was extremely friendly. Especially the ladies at the front desk. The room had a couple of things that weren't quite right especially the bathroom. They worked well the water pressure was excellent and the temperature was great but it looked like it was a bit of a poor job installing the tub surround."

Nevertheless attracting a nice clientele. Birmingham is surprisingly noisy at night - squealing and racing cars and cops/sirens. Get it together.
