Half of the hotel has just gone under renovations, and we decided to pick a lake view room with a balcony, unfortunately this side of the hotel was not renovated and the room we were put it has a very large water bubble with some possible moulding that continued down the curtains. With a quick phone call they allowed us to move, still to an in renovated room, which was completely fine, but...

"Clean comfortable beds and overall a nice property, but it was not a good value for what was charged. For a 4 night stay we found it not convenient to the downtown restaurants if you want to walk. There are only fast food ones in the area, and the road was noisy. "

"As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location in the centre of town. We could walk to Eat Street and all the resturants within a few minutes. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. Keep in mind that there are no lifts, so if you end up on the top floors, you will be doing lots of stairs to get anywhere. Particularly annoying if you have large baggage or prams etc with you that you will need to carry up and down. We stayed on the first floor so it wasnt really an issue for us.
