"This cottage is a wonderful, quiet and private place to stay. A full kitchen with all the essentials. It felt like home. The owners were dog friendly, the small yard fully fenced and my Aussie had a wonderful time. As a dog owner I also made sure that I had multiple covers for furniture and bed. We want to be invited back for our next visit. Easy walking to coffee and restaurants."

"We live nearby but needed a place to stay while our house is under construction. The Blue Coop was cozy and inviting. The layout is great for spending time together cooking, gaming, or lounging. The kitchen is well appointed, and we even picked fresh blueberries off the bushes out back for our pancakes in the morning! The hosts were wonderful. We booked last minute, and they could not have been more kind and accommodating. You definitely won't regret your stay at this wonderful property."

"The house is large, and the view is gorgeous, but this is not the place to go for vacation. Like a previous reviewer, we too were looking for a place for our family to gather during Covid. The idea being that we could all be together and have family dinners be a big part of our vacation. But…the kitchen was a huge problem. The oven didn’t work at all, the stove top knobs weren’t on correctly and it leaked gas – burning the hair off my brother’s arm when he tried to fix the problem. The table in...
