"The check in people were friendly and helpful. However the rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. The shower nozzle is literally one I had growing up in the 1980s. It’s so old it’s stripped and wouldn’t engage to change between hot and cold. The shower curtain was cheap and flimsy. The mattress sunk in the middle. I was given a lovely view of the roof. The lobby of the hotel was nice but the rooms were not. "

"I didn't like the first day we were there on Thursday because the pool had bugs in it. Although, the place overall was nice. I would say a 4pm check-in time made the elevator area crazy causing long wait times. Food was ok, but could never order room service due to the app being busy. The excuse was they turn the app to busy during rush times, but even outside of certain still couldnt order so went down to order/pick up food and there was no line. "The front staff is amazing, especially Tanner. He went above and beyond, always smiling, great customer service. The room was very spacious, very clean and modern! It is quiet, which I enjoy since I had to work. Overall a 10!!!"
