"The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed."

"It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

"This was our second time staying at 16 Bay View. Our first time was awesome. This time the room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar area and staff were wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The issue we had was with house keeping. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and checked out on Friday morning. "I loved this beautiful, quiet, clean home! Ashley did an outstanding job at welcoming us, giving us the where to go's and made our stay perfect! The room was perfect, clean and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and yummy. The grounds are beautiful, walkability to town was easy. Farnsworth Art museum was an easy walk and very worthy. A very, very nice place to stay.
