"This is a beautiful property. The views from the windows and deck are incredible. I short walk down some wobbly stairs and you are on the beach. Minutes from Downtown Rockland but still very secluded and private. You do not notice the Tennant in the attached apartment much at all. We enjoyed our stay and may even stay there again. While it was beautiful and we overall we had a great visit, there are 2 things you should note before booking this property... One, there is no Air Conditioning. Not...

"Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned."

"The people at the desk were not very friendly or welcoming. It was advertised to have a free breakfast and there was none. Evidently they give vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant but it was closed the day we were there. "

"I will never go back there. I have rented many times thru VRBO for longer vacations and never had a problem. I decided to go thru VRBO to rent a 2 night stay in Maine and paid top dollar. There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay."

"Hands down - best place to stay in Boothbay Harbor. It's quiet and quaint; right on the water. Love that they had free kayaks for guests to use. Wish we could've stayed longer! "
