"inside the room there is no kettle supply and we need to get hot water from the hallway to get it from coffee machine. Also, I can't find the refrigerator. The hotel is very close railway station is more convenient for us to carry big luggage, and inside the station there is a lot of shops such as supermarket, bakery and coffee shop. So far the hotel is good to live."

"Hotel was within 10 minutes distance from train station and we could walk to all the attractions in Lucerne by foot although you can board buses in zone 10 for free when the hotel registers you. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint is the TV was mounted high up touching ceiling so you could only watch it lying down unless you want a sore neck. "

"The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the main train station. You cross the bridge and then access it through some small pedestrianised streets which have lots of cafes and shops. The hotel itself is on a busy street and the entrance isn’t all that attractive. The hotel emailed me the Luzern Visitors card the morning I was due to check-in.
