"Positives are that it's in a great central location near the Red Mosque and restaurants and a great price. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well and helped me arrange airport transportation. Negatives are that the internet didn't work the day I was there, the room A/C was set to 32 degrees and I couldn't adjust it, and the room and hotel itself seemed a little run down and creepy. "It is poorly managed and run down place. Pro - Beach is 200m away after crossing open train tracks. Cons - Run down old house - next to the train tracks (last train at midnight and the first at 3am) the whole room will vibrate with noise. - consistent power cuts and they dont have back up power source ( temp was around 32c) - There was no AC remote in the room and was made to pay UDS 10 to get the remote or you can burn in the heat.
