We really wanted to be able to spend time around the pool relaxing during the very hot days we were visiting. The pool was dirty and not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. The Kreepy Krauly pool cleanser hose was also left in the pool the entire time we were there which made it impossible to swim across the pool. It also wasn't working. The pool looks nothing...

"We got there late due tp far travels. They waoted for us. We were greeted with friendliness and made us feel at home. Slept well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and warm and cozy. We had friendly breakfast."

While booking a series of properties for a tour of the western cape I failed to notice that the calendar on the third booking, Rietfontein, had reverted to the current date this year instead of the date we reqd for next year. This was realised as soon as the confirmation came thru and Expedia were contacted immediately. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the Hotel were prepared to change the booking to the dates reqd. The...
