"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. We had an issue with our booking which was nothing to do with the hotel but they sorted it for us. Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel quiet and underground parking good. Breakfast plentiful and tasty including a couple of hot dishes. We will definitely return to stay here and explore Blois. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t get to see much."
