"Rude reception but overall it matched the price. Our flight arrived at 9:AM, we arrived at the hotel before 11:00 tired. The guy at the front desk said we can’t get into a room till 3:00 even if the room was ready. Strictly no early entry nor late checkout. I’ve never been to a hotel that we couldn’t get into before checkin if a room was ready. "

"Aminata was the front desk clerk when we arrived and was really kind. She makes sure we didn’t miss breakfast. Every staff was respectful and gentle. Our room was on a third floor no elevator, outside the main building, 4 family members and lot of luggage…small room, but besides that we recommend the hotel. "

"Breakfast was exceptional. Only one pillow per person. I would recommend 2. I will also recommend a full shower door. Only a half shower door present in bathroom now and no wash cloths provided I would book hotel again when I visit Paris next time "

"Everything was great. I would've given 5 star if only the reception would've given me an explanation of the hotel, wifi, coffee in the lobby, shuttle times, use of the microwave and other things without me having to ask later on."
