"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. "Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. "Great place to Spend a few nights and explore Dominicus and nearby Bayahibe towns. Close to plenty of dining and shopping options and short 10 min walk to the beautiful beach! Good breakfast and coffee at a reasonable price. Small pool nice for refreshing dip. (Lounge chairs would be a nice addition). "
