"Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops. I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. In the next hotel on Copenhagen we arrived at noon and were given the room keys right away. We also did not like the shower - too messy. Other than that it was great,...

"The water went down very slowly (in other words stop) in the sink. The shower area was surrounded by a hanging plastic that could not cover the area completely. Wall to wall carpet in the room is not very healthy or environmentally friendly in my opinion. There was a unfresh smell in the room. Otherwise, the place was perfect in the middle of the city.
