Poor housekeeping (bin not emptied from previous occupant, tea/coffee not replenished, lack of toilet paper, no working safe) were reported to reception, a guy who considered it was all my problem not his, repeatedly making reference to the price I had paid for the room as if it was in any way relevant.
None of the issues were resolved in spite of being shown photographs and I left the reception after he had twice used the F*** word to my face. Disgusting behaviour.
More serious was the dangerous electrical issue in the room, where the obviously-damaged bed light had been "repaired" with plastic tape, leaving bare wires. This has been reported as an official complaint.
