Very nice hotel at a good location
The hotel has a very good location for a visit to Malmö. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly. We have had a very pleasant stay.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel needs refurbishment. The breakfast was very good in terms of variety and volume. It's a three star hotel close to the station. Small and rather tatty, but lovely staff. Clean and comfortable. Most tourist sites are within comfortable walking distance. A good spot if you travel by train.

Not enough space in the dining area for breakfast. Although there was a safe in the room it did not work and we reported this to reception and we were told they would look into this and to send someone the next day to fix it. As nothing happened we had to use the hotel safe at reception.

Poor housekeeping (bin not emptied from previous occupant, tea/coffee not replenished, lack of toilet paper, no working safe) were reported to reception, a guy who considered it was all my problem not his, repeatedly making reference to the price I had paid for the room as if it was in any way relevant. None of the issues were resolved in spite of being shown photographs and I left the reception after he had twice used the F*** word to my face. Disgusting behaviour. More serious was the dangerous electrical issue in the room, where the obviously-damaged bed light had been "repaired" with plastic tape, leaving bare wires. This has been reported as an official complaint.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage keine 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und auch die Sauna wurde auf Wunsch zügig vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft selbst schon ist schon schön abgenutzt. Das Zimmer war ja soweit sauber (außer unter dem Bett), aber ein Loch in der Tür oder schiefe Steckdosen lassen schon einen gewissen Eindruck erwecken. Es ist auch recht hellhörig, wobei ich ehrlicherweise auch das „Glück“ hatte, wirklich unfassbar laute Gäste über mir zu haben. Durch den günstigen Preis wird da halt auch so manch Klientel angelockt scheinbar. Das Frühstück war gut, sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt, am besten alleine ist das Hotel ok, für länger nicht.

Myst och centralt.
Litet, mysigt hotell. Rummet var i kallaste laget. Fanns inga filtar men fick låna ett extratäcke. Väldigt fin frukost. Nära Malmö live. Bra vid konsertbesök.
