"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

Único ponto a desejar foi uma funcionária da piscina térmica onde nossa bebê estava dormindo, saiu ffechando as cadeiras de piscina com o pé. Causando um barulho forte sem se preocupar que tinha por exemplo um bebe dormindo. Faltou um pouco de sensibilidade dela visto que tinha carrinho de bebê do lado da cadeira. Tirando isso foi maravilhoso."

It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. We literally entered the room and left within 5 minutes. I do not recommend.
