"The hotel was great, the only disappointing part was.. we flew in from Mexico and due to flight delays we didnt land until 1:30 am. While checking in (around 2:15 am) I asked for noon checkout instead of 11 and without hesitation was told no, but I can call and try in the morning. We have a 6 hour drive to get back to our hometown, and 3 kids, so an extra hour would of been amazing. Called around 10:30 am to try again and still no. "The pool and waterslide, the reason we picked here mostly, was a huge disappointment. The chlorine was so strong, hard to breath and burned your eyes while sitting around, the water wasn’t clear. No towels available. A true disappointment for us with our granddaughter on a mini get away. "

"Happy that the property is close to dental office. Was disappointed there are no plug ins for vehicle. -42 temp overnight and early morning appointment meant that I didn’t sleep because I had to keep starting the vehicle. Should be standard in Canada to be able to plug in the block heater. "
