"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. "The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."

"This is typical business hotel with very nice and helpful stuff. Dinner was served after hours which was a great help. Had everything i need and the only downside was the smell in the room. Smell is like you are in stable. Was so bad, so it woke me up in the night. "

"Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. "The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! The gentleman in hotel was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely walk with my dog down to the lake too. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay only minus on my point of view...

"Just came back from a short visit at the Capri. The hotel is stunning and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Outside pool is lovely and you can book a hour slot for the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast set up was great. The evening menu looked great but unable to attend due to my daughter being a fussy eater. 10-15 minutes walk into the town through the promenade. Staff are fab. Thank you for a lovely time. Emma"
