"Front desk ladies are great! They are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel like home. Location is awesome! Waking distance to everything, one block from all the restaurants, stores, arcades, and three blocks from the beach. Building needs maintenance and a little love. The AC in our room didn’t work. WiFi won’t work either. "

Así también como tener mucho cuidado en reparaciones de mantenimiento. "Contratamos 3 noches de alojamiento. Pero solo estuvimos dos noches y nos retiramos. Estuvimos 12 horas SIN agua. Inhabitable el hotel. Nadie te decia nada. Todos los pasajeros gritando en el lobby del hotel. El servicio pésimo. Las sabanas finitas de tanto uso. Un asco la verdad. A uno de los pasajeros le robaron una valijas. Llamaron a la policia… todo muy bizarro. El hotel impresentable. No entiendo como habilitan un lugar así. Realmente es tirar la plata si se decide hospedarse en San Remo....
