"The LBV hotel is an absolutely beautiful property. However, it is a VERY steep climb up to it from Pinhao. Unless you have a car (which is challenging to drive in this area) or want to pay for a taxi to get to a restaurant it is not convenient. I averaged 10 miles a day travelling in Europe and this climb was A LOT. I think this is the norm for the area. Hotel was a GREAT bargain but challenging to get to."

"The hotel is acceptable, but the location on the booking site is WRONG. The hotel is much further from the city center than shown. This is not the first time I have encountered this deceptive practice. When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if to say "It's the customer's fault. The shouldn't have trusted us." Guess what, you're right.
