"We stopped overnight at this wonderful little Hotel before catching the Santander Ferry to Plymouth. The room was uprated free, was big, clean and very comfortable. "Room was very small - loft room so you could not stand up straight from toilet or at head of bed. We did not realise the size of the room but the it was very clean. There are bigger rooms available which were sold out when we booked but we did not realise just how small the room would be. No air conditioning but we requested a fan. Just a single window in the ceiling. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Lovely restaurant attached to hotel and right on beach which was really great."

"The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. The beach is 5 minutes down the road whereas the downtown restaurant area is about 20 minutes away. If you’re using Google Maps and taking the shortest route carry a flashlight for the walk...
