"A real friendly hotel, cosy with excellent food. Wished we could have stayed longer."

"We experienced a warm welcome, the room was as you would expect in a building of this period. The bed was not very comfortable but the hot bath made up for it.There was a nice view of the mountains from the window. We ate in the restaurant and although the starter (goats cheese and caramelized onion) was delicious the Main course (Steak with roast potatoes and roast vegetables) was so salty it was inedible. Also theroast potatoes were substituted with chips. On the whole a very disappointing...

"Pleasant stay in a Spanish house, we stayed on the second floor with a Velux window in the roof- we could have done with a fan as it got stuffy - we did ask but apparently not needed.... breakfast was plenty of toast and fruit and coffee and tea. Ideally situated on a side road just off the main road half way between Comillas and San Vicente de la Baroque, both beautiful villages - enjoyed evening meals at both but not until 9pm"
