"I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Iriomote. There's lots of space on the property, including a massive bathroom and a huge terrace, with a sea view where you can see the stars at night. There's also lots of wildlife that can be easily seen from many areas on the property, for example frogs and coconut crabs. "La Teada is a beautiful resort, our room had clearly been remodeled not so long ago and was quite clean comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The resort grounds were also very natural and beautiful. The bath house was also wonderful. On the negative side, I was sad we couldn't see more of the ocean from our room. Also, the resort is extremely stingy with their facial tissues. The tissues in the room were so small, they were difficult to use, like one regular-sized tissue cut...

"Room very small, JPY 22,400 for 2 with b.f is very overpriced. Without a car you are stuck, b.f only served until 8:00 AM. Dinner only available upon reservation until 7:00 PM and costs JPY 4,000 per person which makes your stay very expensive, if you have no rental car to go out and you have to order meals at the hotel. Pool is small but nice but beach is full of litter and as a pebble beach not very attractive for a swim. If you want to have it very quiet, it's great as there is nothing around...
