"Very good room was really clean and all the soaps etc very good quality. Tea, coffee and biscuits nice assortment. I personally found the bed and pillows a bit hard. Very good breakfast. Good value for money."

"We stay in the Jethro room. Which was lovely. Would say due to the size of the room and also the bathroom ( with separate shower and claw footed tub !) could almost be classed as an apartment. We are in the red lion on the evening and the food was cooked perfectly. The pub itself is lovely with little nooks, and the garden area is great too. Only thing I would say is the pub did have a chill in the evening and could have benefited from having the fireplaces lite ( which would have also added to...
