"Overall a nice stay, a few areas definitely need some attention, bathroom: shower head has seen better days, drain in sink and shower very slow. Pet friendly is great, however the amount of dog waste outside should be addressed."

"Really cute little boutique hotel in the middle of Athens, very near Ohio University. It was a Friday night and college kids were out having fun, so it was a little noisy late at night. Otherwise, it's a great little property. Only disappointment was in the breakfast but then most hotel breakfasts aren't great."
