"We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). "Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel feels really safe, the entrance is locked during the nighttime and you get a key to come and go. There is also a locked garage for motorbikes. Very clean room and free drinking water in room. Walkable location "

"This is absolutely a five star property experience, and to be frank, anyone who says otherwise is just and idiot. The property is manicured daily by a large group of caretakers, and the staff is constantly smiling at you while greeting you. It is set perfectly on the beach right in front of a biosphere for snorkeling, and very cheap (but great) restaurant extends to the beach as well. Don't give it a second thought, and just book it! You will love it!!! "
