Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg. "

"The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous."

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "Very charming hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the penthouse suite. Very comfortable. You do have to climb one set of spiral stairs fyi. You do hear the church Bells every 30min even past midnight but that’s everywhere in Strasbourg. So recommend bringing earplugs. Only a bridge away from the center of all Xmas markets. "
