"This place is awesome. So unique and fun yet functional. A special place for a family or couple to enjoy the city. Parking at night wasn’t a problem on the street. We loved the Superior Suite since we had six people. How fun!"

"The room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping did a fabulous job (even folded my son's pizza blanket to look like a slice of pizza), we were treated like VIPs and were able to use the laundry facility even after we checked out, to finish up laundry. The manager Clarissa is wonderful lady and made us feel like home during our stay. Breakfast was perfect both days and parking was very convenient for being so close to downtown. We will book our stays at this hotel anytime we are in Chattanooga...

"I was surprised to find the front door of the hotel locked, requiring me to knock and wait for admission....not very hospitable. When I commented about it to the receptionist she asked "Is that a problem". I found her to be unfriendly. When trying to connect to Wi-Fi I called to ask for the password and she told me to look on the key cover rather than just telling me. This was around 10PM and I had been driving all day."

"It was a nice place, I think I’ll come here on the regular, I like the area where it’s located, I was able to get to everything I needed within minutes. I would just simply request trash bags in the room and have drinks downstairs that are more in date as the ones there were a few days away from expiration and we couldn’t drink them since they taste bad. "

"This was an awesome hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious for our family, and we really enjoyed having the kitchen. The breakfast offered lots of options, and their “social hour” on Mon-Wed was a great treat! The location was really easy to get to as well."
