"The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. House was completely renovated and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds and lots of little extras everywhere. While we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year in Fairbanks, the fans in the house kept the place cool and we did not feel the need for air conditioning (almost nowhere in Fairbanks has it).
