"I appreciated the great effort by the staff to resolve my television problem which resulted in a room change in the end. However, I requested housekeeping but it did not happen. Also, my room was dusty, especially around the desk and the television. Overall, it was a good stay. The location is excellent."

"There was a small issue with the twin beds. We were given a room where the twins bed were connected side by side to each other. We were able to exchange the room right away and get a twin room where the beds were completely separated from each other. The bathroom was small, but very clean with excellent water pressure. There is no padding under the carpet. The reception closes early, not a 24 hour facility but it was not an issue for us. Breakfast was not included but was very reasonably...

"The hotel is a little away from tourists area but close to river walk. They only have the reception open from 11:00-8:00 so we never saw them after check in. The downstairs restaurant is nice with friendly staff. For dinner options everything is about a15 minute walk, a couple of coffee shops are near bye that are nice. "
