"Good one"

"REVO Munich is conveniently located near the U-Bahn station for easy city access and is perfect for business trips to the Siemens campus. The property is modern and stylish, with a trendy vibe that stands out. However, the self-check-in process could be more intuitive. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean, but the air conditioning system is frustrating. It only allows a +/-3°C adjustment from an unknown base temperature, and at times, the room became uncomfortably hot for no reason. The bathroom is excellent, with a strong shower and plenty of hot water, though the shower cubicle tends to leak. The biggest downside is the WiFi, which is inconsistent—occasionally fast but often very slow and unreliable. Additionally, housekeeping is only provided every four days unless you pay extra, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Overall, the location and modern design make it a good choice, but improvements in key areas like WiFi, air conditioning, and cleaning policy would significantly enhance the experience."

"Super clean room, very comfortable bed! The price was very good and located 15 minutes away from downtown (walking distance). The room I booked was small but perfect for solo or a couple travelling. The only negative point is that there was a lot of people waiting to check in, and I had to wait a good 20-30 minutes (not necessarily the hotels fault). Still giving 5 stars!"

"They let us in our room a little early, but it wasnt exactly clean. The gentle that checked us in was very kind and helpfull. We had asked for an extra cot for our son, and it was there. We went out for dinner and when we came back our stuff had been moved and the cot was taken. A short conversation with the front desk, and they brought our cot back. The breakfast is pretty good, the omlette guys both morning burned my omlette but the rest was nice. I don't know what the deal with german cooks burning eggs are but here's a tip, when it turns brown, its burned. Try the asain place directly across the street, it is sooooo gooood!"

"This past weekend, I attended a Bachata Festival at the Westin, and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptional, but one manager stood out in particular. On the first night of the event, my room key stopped working just as I needed to rush to my next class. Despite the chaos of a packed check-in counter, she resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Her remarkable contributions highlighted her extraordinary capabilities, making a significant difference during a hectic moment. I look forward to my next visit. "
