"It's nice for the staff to upgrade us from city view to sea view. The room has her age shown and she had been through alot. Sound proof can be better, bathroom amenities can be upgraded to bidet spray if management want to save the environment. Nice to equip smart tv with network. Overall experience quite okay and we managed to catch our sleep."

"The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Kowloon. Facilities are basic and acceptable. The only problem is with the unstable WiFi. There is no way to obtain a good condition although the front desk staff had tried their best to provide alternatives."

The balcony on the reception floor was closed, unfortunately, so there was no access to fresh air outside. Beds are hard. While location was perfect, I do not think I would stay again."
