"Amazing location to the parking and gunwharf quays outlet. Breakfast had good choice of items. Brilliant parking charges, free for first 24hrs, and then £2 for every day after. Air conditioning was not working, although this didn't affect us as it was pretty cold this bank holiday weekend anyways. Overall comfy and brilliant stay!"

"Bathrooms need som attention BUT what it lacks in refurb it makes up for 100 times over with the staff!!! They are incredibly warm and welcoming. It was like visiting family so the imperfections are easy to overlook. The breakfast was fantastic. Don’t go anywhere else.
