"Very clean and well maintained hostel (I would use hotel). We lived in a standard room with twin beds on the second floor (XII) facing another building, and it was very quiet. "Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "

"Staff was great. The family gave us a tour of their wonderful garden ( olive, apple, lemon, kiwi etc trees). Room was very comfortable. It is walkable to the old town ( 30 minutes). My only negative would be that the towels need to replaced. Highly recommend this stay. "

"We loved staying here, the double room was modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the balcony and room, Ivanka even had a cutting board and utensils which was perfect for preparing fruit from the nearby market! It was quick uber ride to old town, and about an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The owners were great, we would highly recommend staying here! "

"So this isnt a hotel or an apartment. Its a bedroom with a bathroom, fridge and kettle. Which is underrated because there are so many nice places to eat nearby (plus loads of excursions) a kitchen will be a waste of money as you will not want to cook. Suited me perfectly. Really nice decoration, clean and comfortable. An extra clean was done during my stay with the towels all replenished. Wonderful location, everywhere bar the airpoort was walkable. Entrance was discretely in a alleyway next...
