"Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. "Its definitely a great location and top notch location. Major street construction was not revealed until arrival. More importantly, listing also says 2 king beds. "Unique boutique hotel just inside the walls of the old town with an abundance of dining and shopping options within steps of the hotel. Although it said parking within 20m we were unable to ever find a spot however discovered free parking at Ravnice 2….which was a bit of a hike. Absolutely delicious meal at Harbourhouse restaurant which is across a beautiful, lit bridge on the other side of the harbour. No staff on site at the hotel and housekeeping is on request. "
