Kathy and Jim have really thought through every aspect of what a traveler would not only need, but what would be nice extras. The space was super clean, very cozy and inviting; we were tempted to just stay right there for three days enjoying the provisions and the natural beauty of the place. The host and hostess are "people persons" and it was a pleasure to get to know them. ...

Despite the property listing indicating that air conditioning was available, there was none when we arrived. With temperatures in the 80s that weekend, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we found the door unlocked, raising serious security concerns. "This is a beautiful homestead that has the feel of 1940's but the esthetics of a modern home. Perfection. The cows, chickens and ancient trees surrounding the property add to its charm. "The bed was to soft, creaky sounding bed. Not comfortable. Everything else in the house was excellent. There was a dog next door that barked the entire first night. Nice deck. Comfy chairs. Fire pit was a big plus. Nice kitchen. Smart tv was great. Towels were lovely Clean and smelled good. Beautifully decorated. Stone Mountain is right up the road. Pet friendly was a big plus!"
